Rules for the management of job placement business

1 Job Offer
1. Our company accepts any job application as far as the scope of occupation is concerned.
However, the application will not be accepted if it violates the law or the working conditions such as wages and working hours are significantly inappropriate compared to the normal working conditions.
2. To apply for a job offer, the applicant or his / her representative must come directly and apply using the prescribed job application form.
If you are unable to come directly, you can use mail, telephone, fax or e-mail.
3. When applying for a job application, please clearly indicate the work contents, wages, working hours, and other employment conditions in advance by writing or using e-mail.
However, if there is an urgent need for the introduction of the referral and it is not possible to express it in advance by issuing a document or using e-mail, please clearly indicate the matters to be clearly indicated in advance by a method other than these methods.
4. When accepting a job offer, the application fee will be charged based on the separate price list.
Once the fee has been charged, it will not be returned regardless of the success or failure of the referral.

2 Job Search
1. The head office will accept any application for job search as far as the scope of occupations are handled.
However, if the content of the application violates the law, it will not be accepted.
2. To apply for a job, please contact the person directly and apply using the prescribed job application form.
3. If you wish to engage in daily or temporary work at all times, you will need to make a special registration at the headquarters and omit the job application process by presenting a separate registration certificate.

3 Job Placement
1. We will take care of job seekers as soon as possible so that we can promptly find a job that meets their wishes and abilities, based on the purpose of freedom of employment stipulated in Article 2 of the Employment Stabilization Law.
2. For recruiting companies, we will take care of job seekers who meet the request as much as possible.
3. When introducing, the job description, wage, working hours and other employment conditions will be clearly indicated to the job seeker in writing or by e-mail if desired.
However, if there is an urgent need for the introduction, it will be indicated in advance by a method other than those methods if it is not possible to give a written notice or use e-mail in advance.
4. When introducing a job seeker to a recruiting company, a letter of introduction will be issued.
5. Once we have received a job application, we will be responsible for the introduction.
6. Since we are in a neutral position with respect to labor disputes, we will not introduce them to recruiters while alliances are held or work is closed.
7. Once employment is decided, referral fees will be charged based on the separate fee table from the recruiting company.

4 Others
1. We will respond promptly and appropriately if there is a complaint from a job seeker, etc. related to the business, in cooperation with the Employment Security Organization and other job placement agencies.
2. If an employment relationship is established, please report to the Company from both job seekers and job seekers.
Please also report when you have been introduced but no employment relationship was established.
3. We will appropriately handle personal information obtained from job seekers or job seekers based on the Personal Information Proper Management Rules.
4. We do not treat job seekers or recruiting companies in a discriminatory manner because of race, nationality, creed, gender, social status, gate, previous occupation, union membership, etc. about duties such as acceptance, interview, guidance, introduction of the application.
5. The range of occupations handled is all occupations in Japan.
6. The rules regarding the management of our company’s business are as described above. However, it is managed based on laws and regulations related to the Employment Stabilization Law, so please ask the staff in detail regarding any suspicious points.

Personal Information Proper Management Rules

1. The scope of staff in business establishments handling personal information shall be employment placement staff.
2. The employment placement manager shall provide education and guidance on the handling of personal information once a year to the employees in the business offices listed in 1 handling personal information. The employment placement manager shall attend the employment placement training course at least once every five years.
3. If there is a request for disclosure of personal information from the person concerned with the information, the handler shall, without delay, disclose the information based on objective facts such as qualifications and professional experience possessed by the person based on the request. Further, when a request for correction (including deletion, the same applies hereinafter) is made based on this, if the request matches the objective fact, the correction shall be made without delay. In addition, the employment placement manager shall endeavor to disseminate to job seekers regarding the handling of disclosure or correction of personal information.
4. Regarding personal information of job seekers, etc., if there is a complaint from the person concerned with the information, the complaint handling person will take appropriate action in good faith. The person in charge of handling complaints concerning the handling of personal information shall be the employment placement manager at each business site.

Fee table

Based on the Employment Security Act, we have set the following fees and service providers for each type of service.
Please refer to the application form or contract for fees of individual placements.
In addition, when accepting a recruiting application from a company, a fee of 1,000 yen will be charged as an administrative fee.
There is no administrative fee for accepting a job application from a job seeker.

Search / Scout type

-Investigation or search for a special job seeker under specific conditions-

Mobilization fee 10,000 yen
Activity costs 10,000 yen per day for activities
Interim payment When providing job applicant information to a recruiting company 10,000 yen per person
When preparing a survey report 50,000 yen per case

The commission bearer is the relevant employer.


*1 The above fees do not include consumption tax. It will be added separately.

*2 If a job applicant recruited by our intermediary is resigned due to the job applicant’s responsibilities in the following period after joining the company, or retires on his or her own behalf, the following amount of commission will be returned to the recruiting company. The refund request period will be until the last day of the month following the date of retirement. We will not be able to return any bills made after the 1st of the following month regardless of the reason. Please note in advance.

If the person retires less than one month after joining 70% of commission
If the person retires less than 3 months after joining   30% of commission
